Event Package FAQ
How far in advance should I book?
Minimum 1 week advance notice is required. For weddings or large events, we recommend booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Can I customize the flavor mix?
Absolutely! You get 50 bottles total and can choose any mix of our 4 flavors. Popular choices: 20 Bissap + 20 Jinjang + 10 Baobab, or 30 Bissap + 20 Jinjang.
What if I need more (or less) than 50 bottles?
No problem! Contact us for custom package pricing. We can accommodate events of any size with advance notice.
Do you provide serving supplies?
We deliver the bottles chilled and ready to serve. You'll need to provide ice/coolers to keep them cold during your event. Cups/glasses are not included.
How does delivery work?
Delivery is included within 15 miles of Worcester. We'll coordinate the exact delivery time with you (typically 2-4 hours before your event starts). Events beyond 15 miles may have an additional delivery fee.
What's your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 7+ days before your event: Full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days before: 50% refund. Less than 3 days: No refund (we've already prepared your order).
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
All our beverages are naturally vegan (except Milky Baobab which contains milk). They're caffeine-free and contain no artificial ingredients. Let us know about specific allergies when booking.
